My Story
My name is Jeff Weber and I am a project manager by profession. I have builit a career around one thing: taking complicated processes and breaking them down into clear, manageable steps.
The idea for this guide started when two close friends were suddenly responsible for settling their parent's estate. They didn't need someone to do everything for them; they needed someone to organize everything for them: what to do first, which documents to gather, who to call, and what to say when they called.
So I did what I do best. I mapped the entire estate settlement process into a phase-by-phase system with checklists, document organizers, and word-for-word phone scripts. That system became this guide.
I am not an estate attorney and this guide isn't a replacement for professional legal advice. It's the calm, organized plan you wish someone had handed you the day you became responsible for all of this so you can stop carrying it all in your head and start working through it one step at a time.
